Create at The Knowe 2022

Small, relaxed, bespoke workshops in the Bewcastle valley, a beautiful unspoilt corner of North East Cumbria.

Workshops will run from 10.30am to approx. 2.00pm. £65 per person which includes all materials, homemade refreshments, and light lunch.

Come and create a beautiful arrangement or wreath with British grown flowers, bulbs and foliage using sustainable mechanics. We will guide you in producing something unique and wonderful.  The group is kept small to allow for individual attention and getting to know your fellow participants. No experience is needed.

With Emma Leivers from Create at The Knowe and Liz Wilkinson from Craigs Farm Flowers.

Emma likes to combine her love of nature with creating unique floral designs using materials harvested and foraged at The Knowe. Liz lives on her small farm nearby, growing artisan flowers, and is a member of the Flowers From the Farm network.

Private group bookings can also be arranged, price will depend on the group size.

Saturday                             Willow dewdrop or circular mossed wreath with autumnal flowers and foliage.

12^th October                      Halloween/Autumn wreath or display

Wednesday                        Another chance to create a fabulous wreath or display with all the vibrant colours of Autumn with a Halloween theme if you wish.

6^th November                   All things natural

Sunday                                Learn how to make accessories and garnishes made from, willow, grasses and forages materials to accessorise wreaths and arrangements.

26^th November                 Christmas display

Saturday                             Christmas inspired display which could be for a table centrepiece, mantle, windowsill or outside for examples.

3^nd December                   Christmas wreath
